Definition of Cyber Bullying

As the digital sphere becomes advance, these are being used to harass someone or even use
Pejorative Labels (hate speech) that causes extreme negative effect to the victim that sometimes
leads into suicidal.

Government has been very active to address this issue by implementing the RA 10627 of the
revised penal code or the Anti-bullying act of 2013, wherein this law finds applicability in school
related bullying which even covers those uttered in social media.

Cyber Bullying

- includes posting, sending false & mean comment about someone else.
- This is also a form of harassment using electronics or digital means.
- This is common nowadays specially with these generation that is very active posting in
social media.
