Here are some statistics on the top 3 countries in terms of immigration.

With Mexico: Mexico makes up the largest share of US immigrants. In
2019, there were about 10.9 million Mexican-born individuals living in
the United States. More than half resided in California or Texas while the
rest were primarily in the West and Southwest.

With China: The population of Chinese immigrants in the United States

has grown nearly seven fold since 1980, reaching almost 2.5 million in
2018, or 5.5 percent of the overall foreign born population.

With India: Immigrants from India first came to America in the 1820s.
Since then, the Indian population has become one of the largest
immigrant groups in the United States.
III. Distribution

The states with the largest immigrant populations are California, New

All these countries come here for some reason.

So what is the reason for the migration of these countries?
Mexican adults say life in the US is neither better nor worse than life in
Mexico. But where is good, they choose.
Most Chinese immigrated to the US because the communist government
was too oppressive. A long time ago.
And Vietnam is because of the collapse of the US-led regime in South
Vietnam.(1975--->)
After all, it's just because they want to dream of America. Where maybe
they will be better. With freedom, dreams, and money too.
