Consumer Behavior Research: A Synthesis of the Recent Literature.

The article makes a reference based on consumer behavior, where it analyzes strategies and
methodologies to be evaluated; to define how people's perspective changes when some type
of change arises, be it at an economic or social level.

As time passes, research has managed to securely capture the consumer's attention, through
tools such as Marketing, a rigorous study of the market, which provides the necessary data
to identify and understand the thinking of customers, with this allows people to orient
themselves towards their end goal; To achieve optimal results, strategies are needed that
allow companies to meet the needs of customers, and for this, they make a general balance
in which they identify, what they buy, how they buy, when they buy and how often they
buy, this allows to know the qualities, tastes, trends, to use tools that allow them to reach
them, especially when there are all kinds of technologies that open the way to the wishes of
each client, and this is achieved by categorizing the products.
