LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION – MR PATRICK BEDIAKO NKETIA

I write in support of Mr. Patrick Bediako Nketia’s application to pursue a postgraduate

programme at your noble institution. I have known Mr. Nketia since 2008 when he was
admitted to read an honours degree course in Bachelor of Business Administration at the
Christian Service University College. He completed his programme in 2012 and obtained a
Second Class, Upper Division in Business Administration.

During his undergraduate degree programme, Mr. Nketia’s academic performance was very
good. Throughout my interaction with Mr. Nketia, I found him to be sociable, hardworking,
disciplined, innovative and a man of good character. He has the ability to take initiative in
discharging his duties. He is very committed to his work. I like his leadership style as he
works by showing an example. Such qualities enable him to discharge his duties with little
supervision. He is also able to undertake independent study.

Morally, Mr. Nketia is honest, sincere, and shows a high sense of integrity. He has the
attributes to pursue research work. He is respectful, and mixes and communicates well with
his peers. Finally, I will say that he cooperates effectively and collaborates very well with his
superiors.

I therefore strongly recommend him for admission into the postgraduate programme he is
applying for without reservation.
