‫ﻛﻳﻑ ﻧﻘﻭﻡ ﺑﻛﺗﺎﺑﺔ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﻐﻳﻠﻳﺔ ) ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ( ) ‪ SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure‬؟‬
‫ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺣﺗﻭﻯ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ‬
‫‪" -1‬ﺍﻟﻐﺭﺽ" ﻣﻥ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﻫﻭ ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺇﺭﺷﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﻣﻔﺻﻠﺔ ﺣﻭﻝ ﻛﻳﻔﻳﺔ ﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫ ﻣﻬﻣﺔ ﺣﺗﻰ ﻳﺗﻣﻛﻥ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻭﻅﻑ ﻣﻥ ﺃﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻣﻬﻣﺔ‬
‫ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺻﺣﻳﺢ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻝ ﻣﺭﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -2‬ﻳﺳﺎﻋﺩ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﺑﺣﻳﺙ ﻳﺿﻣﻥ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺗﻔﻭﻳﺕ ﺃﻱ ﺷﻲء ﻭﻛﻣﺎ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻳﻌﺗﺑﺭ ﻣﺻﺩﺭﺍ ﻣﺭﺟﻌﻳًﺎ ﻟﻠﻣﺗﺩﺭﺑﻳﻥ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -3‬ﺃﻓﺿﻝ ﺇﺟﺭﺍء ‪ SOP‬ﻫﻭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﻧﻘﻝ ﺑﺩﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﻠﺔ ‪,‬ﻭﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﺳﻬﻼ ﻟﻠﻘﺭﺍءﺓ ﻭﺍﻹﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -4‬ﻳﺗﻡ ﺇﺻﺩﺍﺭ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ )‪ (SOPs‬ﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ -1‬ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺅﻭﻟﻳﺎﺕ ‪ -2‬ﻭﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ‪-3‬‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺔ ‪ -4‬ﻭﺍﻟﺳﺟﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻁﻠﻭﺑﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -5‬ﺗﺣﺩﺩ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺟﺏ ﺍﺗﺑﺎﻋﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﻣﻁﺎﻟﺑﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﻣﺗﺛﺎﻝ ﻟﻠﻘﻭﺍﻋﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻭﺍﺋﺢ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﺭﻯ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -6‬ﻳﻣﻛﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺗﺧﺫ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ‪ -1‬ﺷﻛﻝ ﺳﺭﺩ ﺃﻭ ‪ -2‬ﻣﺧﻁﻁ ﺍﻧﺳﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺃﻭ ‪ -3‬ﺧﺭﻳﻁﺔ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ‪ -4‬ﻣﺯﻳ ًﺟﺎ ﻣﻥ ﻣﺎﺫﻛﺭ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻱ‬
‫ﺷﻛﻝ ﻣﻧﺎﺳﺏ ﺁﺧﺭ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻊ ﺫﻟﻙ ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻛﺗﺏ ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻭﺏ ﻧﺣﻭﻱ ﻣﻧﺎﺳﺏ ﻭﻓﻌﺎﻝ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -7‬ﻓﻲ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺅﻭﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺗﺳﺗﺧﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻣﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻅﻳﻔﻳﺔ ﻭﻟﻳﺱ ﺍﺳﻣﺎء ﺍﻷﺷﺧﺎﺹ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -8‬ﺗﻛﺗﺏ ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺃﻗﻝ ﻋﺩﺩ ﻣﻣﻛﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻛﻠﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺑﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻘﺭﺍﺕ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -9‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻺﺟﺭﺍء ﻳﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﻣﻥ ﻋﺩﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺧﻁﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻡ ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﻣﻭﺯ ﺍﻟﻧﻘﻁﻳﺔ ﻟﺗﻘﺳﻳﻡ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍء ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺭﺍﺣﻝ )‬
‫ﻣﺛﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﻧﻭﺩ ﺃﻭ ﺃ( ﺏ( ﺝ( ‪ , ( ...‬ﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﺑﻘﻰ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﻛﻳﺭ ﻣﻧﻁﻘﻳﺔ ﻭﻣﺗﻣﺎﺳﻛﺔ ) ﺭﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﺧﻁﻭﺍﺕ ﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﺗﻡ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍء (‬
‫ﻳﺣﺗﻭﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺣﻘﺎﺋﻖ ﻓﻘﻁ‪ .‬ﻳﺟﺏ ﺇﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺿﺎﻓﻳﺔ ﻭﻭﺿﻌﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻠﺣﻖ ﺃﻭ ﻭﺿﻌﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻟﻳﻝ‪ ) .‬ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫‪-10‬‬
‫ﺳﺑﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺛﺎﻝ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻫﻧﺎﻙ ﺟﺩﻭﻻ ﻳﻠﺯﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻳﺩ ﺑﻪ ‪ ,‬ﻳﺿﺎﻑ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺟﺩﻭﻝ ﻛﻣﻠﺣﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻁﺭﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﻭﻳﻧﻭﻩ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﻣﻥ ﺿﻣﻥ‬
‫ﻧﻘﺎﻁ ﺍﻻﺟﺭﺍء (‬
‫ﺍﺳﺗﺧﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻭﺗﻭﻏﺭﺍﻓﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺭﻣﻭﺯ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺧﻁﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﻧﺳﻳﺎﺑﻳﺔ ‪ ،‬ﺣﻳﺛﻣﺎ ﺃﻣﻛﻥ ﺫﻟﻙ ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬﻲ ﻳﻣﻛﻥ‬ ‫‪-11‬‬

‫ﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻋﺗﻣﺎﺩ ﻁﺭﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ‬

‫ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻠﻳﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺍﺑﺩﺃ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻝ ﺧﻁﻭﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻁﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍء ﺑﻛﻠﻣﺔ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻠﻳﺔ ‪) ،‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺑﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺛﺎﻝ ﺭﻓﻊ ‪ ،‬ﺧﺫ ‪ ،‬ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺦ (‬ ‫‪-3‬‬
