    To whom it may concern,

    I am writing this recommendation to support Cicilia Yuspince Novela Syama's


    application for the master's program at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, as the
    degree (MA) is essential for her future career as a civil servant. I had known Cicilia
    Yuspince Novela Syama in my capacity as Director of Facilitation of Regional Heads
    and Regional Legislative Council, Directorate General of Regional Autonomy.

    It is based on my belief that Cicilia has an excellent working spirit and is a competent
    worker. Hence, to support her Forthcoming role as Public Servant, she needs to gain
    broader knowledge through the master's program at Erasmus University Rotterdam
    because it is one of the best universities. Furthermore, Cicilia Yuspince Novela Syama
    has received a scholarship from the Indonesian Endowment Funds for Education
    (LPDP), which is cooperated with the Ministry of Finance.

    She is one of 3 (three) alumni of the Institute of Home Affairs Governance in the
    Directorate General of Regional Autonomy capable of getting the Indonesian
    Endowment Funds for Education (LPDP) scholarship. Therefore, I strongly
    recommend Cicilia Yuspince Novela Syama with absolute confidence.
