You can use this template to bulk upload up to 200 oligos in tubes.

Step 1: Enter mandatory fields on the "Tube Template" tab: Oligo sequence, oligo name, researcher name.
Note: The following characters are not allowed in Oligo Names and Researcher fields: < > ' / \ & " , ~
Step 2: Select synthesis scale, 3' and 5' modifications, and purifications using the drop-down lists if applicable. The Order Codes are in the reference tables below.
Note: These field may be left blank and you can continue to design your oligos once they are imported into the main design tool. If these fields are not defined in the ordering sheet or during the bulk dialog upload, the sequences will be imported with the default selections of 25 nmol, desalted, and no modifications.
Step 3: Enter Special Handling options if applicable.
Note: You may enter more than 1 option, comma separated.
Step 4: Save file as either .xls, xlsx, .csv, or .txt and upload.
Note: You can upload comma (.csv) or tab delimited (.txt) files. Procurement/ punchout/ or webshop systems users may have to save as a .csv or .txt file.
Note: If copying date from another file, please ensure that only the values are copied and not the format. You can do this by copying the data, right-clicking on the destination cell, and selecting "Paste Special" and "Values".
