    PAYMENT BY VOUCHER

    Mr. Stephen Omondi Oinga joined the Commission on 13Th March, 2023 as a Corporate
    Communication Assistant and Miss. Lavine Machuma Musehenga joined the commission on
    20Th March 22, 2023 as HR support staff.

    They are entitled to their March Salaries as per their appointment letters. The officers were not
    paid through the payroll since their unified personal numbers (UPN) are yet to be activated by
    the IPPD team.

    The IPPD Team has received the activation request and are yet to complete the exercise.

    The purpose of this memo therefore, is to request that they should be paid their March 2023
    salary through voucher.
