LAST AND FINAL OPPORTUNITY NOTICE REGARDING

FOREGO/WITHDRAWAL OF MARKS UNDER SOCIO ECONOMIC CRITERIA for
CET (Group-C) POSTS

In continuation of Commission's notice dated 01.02.2023, 16.02.2023,

24.02.2023, 02.03.2023, 07.03.2023 and 10.03.2023 with regard to forego/withdrawal
of marks under socio economic criteria for CET (Group-C) Posts, it has came to the notice
of the Commission that many candidates who have claimed 5 marks under socio -
economic criteria without their actual entitlement have still not withdrawn/forego their
wrongful claims. Therefore, all eligible candidates who have secured 38 or more marks in
CET in reserved category and 47.50 or more marks in un-reserved category in (Group-C)
result dated 10.01.2023 (excluding marks under socio-economic criteria) are hereby
given one last and final opportunity to withdrawn/forego his/her wrongly claim with
regard to socio-economic marks.

Further, if any candidate who has made change in the application form during the
period 01.02.2023 till 15.03.2023 and want to forego/withdrawn the marks under socio
economic criteria can also do the same till 29.07.2023 by 11:59 P.M. The Commission
hereby gives the last and final opportunity for the above purposes. After, the expiry of
time period i.e. 29.07.2023 by 11:59 P.M, no further request with regard to
forego/withdrawal of marks under socio economic criteria shall be entertained by
Commission and any representation in this regard whether oral or written will not be
entertained.

Important Note:

 It is hereby clarified that no further opportunity for forego/withdrawal of marks

under socio economic criteria will be provided in future.

 If on verification at any stage starting from submission of application form till

appointment and any time even after appointment, it is found that any candidate
does not fulfill any of the eligibility condition or it is found that the
information/document furnished is false or incorrect and the claim under socio
economic criteria is found to be false/wrong, his/her candidature will be
cancelled and he/she will also be liable to be debarred and criminally prosecuted.
This is irrespective of whether the candidate was benefitted by furnishing the false or
incorrect information in his/her application and if the candidate is selected, his/her
recommendation will be withdrawn.
