Post Graduate Ayurved/Homoeopathy/Unani (STATE QUOTA)
Process of Online Registration, Online Payments and Document Uploading of Scanned
Original Documents for Admission to M.D. /M.S. and PG Diploma for available seats in
Government/Government Aided/Unaided and Minority Institutions under State
Counselling Authority.

Candidates who have appeared for AIAPGET - 2022 examination and desirous of
applying for available seats of Ayurved/Homoeopathy/Unani Course in State
Government/Private Aided/ Unaided Private and Minority Colleges situated in the State of
Maharashtra, should Registered Online on website i.e. www.mahacet.org.
It is hereby notified that for admission to M.D./M.S. and PG Diploma Ayurved/
Homoeopathy/Unani Courses Online Application forms are invited from AIAPGET -2022
eligible candidates for State Quota Seats. Detailed Information Brochure is available on the
website of State Common Entrance Test Cell i.e.www.mahacet.org. The schedule for Online
Registration and filling of application form for the admissions to M.D. / M.S. and PG Diploma
(Ayu.) Postgraduate Course in Maharashtra State is as under:

Note- The above schedule is subject to change as per directions issued by various authorities
like AACCC/ State Government/Central Government etc.

The Candidates should carefully go through the Information Brochure before filling the
Online Application form. Candidates are required to fill the Registration Form well in advance
to avoid last minute rush. They should not wait till last date to fill the Registration Form. Any
delay due to Electricity Failure, Internet Problem or due to any other Technical Fault will not be
considered by the STATE CET CELL. The Information Brochure for admission to AYUSH
institutions is made available on the website i.e. www.mahacet.org. Candidate should see the
Instructions/Notifications published on the website for further Admission Process. No separate
or individual intimation is sent to any candidate at any time till the end of admission process.
 There will be only 2 CAP rounds for All India Quota Seats in Private Unaided seats
of Government aided Colleges and Private Unaided / Minority
Ayurved/Homoeopathy/Unani Institutions. The seats remaining vacant after CAP-
2(AIQ) will be surrendered to State Quota counselling.
 Choice filling process is one-time exercise and candidates should note the above
and fill choices considering eventuality of such seats being added in seat matrix for
MOP UP and subsequent rounds
 Candidates should note that the admission for IQ in Private unaided/Minority
colleges will be done through CAP as per instruction of Central Council and
desirous candidate should fill option for the same by selecting choice code with
suffix ‘N’ in the preference form.
Instruction to Person with Disability Candidates (PWD) :
Those candidates who have marked/claimed as a PWD candidate in the Online
Application, he/she has to Upload/Submit Original Certificate of Disability at the time of
Registration as per the format published by Ayush Council Committee & State CET Cell
website. The Certificate should be from the list of 16 Boards as mentioned. Certificate
issued by any other Board/Civil surgeon WILL NOT be accepted.
Besides this all colored scanned copies of Original Necessary Documents like Caste
Certificate, Cast Validity Certificate, Non Creamy Layer Certificate, EWS Eligibility
Certificate, PWD Certificate and Orphan Certificate has to be Uploaded at the time of
Registration Process.
 Candidates belonging to Backward Classes / EWS must have claimed so in his online
registration for Maharashtra State Quota, failing which such a claim will not be entertained
subsequently. Candidate belonging to above Categories should produce Caste Certificate,
Caste Validity Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / EWS eligibility certificate
(wherever applicable) at the time of Physical Document Verification process &
admission.
The Physical Document Verification of Selected Candidates will be done to decide
Eligibility or Non-Eligibility at the time of joining to respective college in the selection
round(s). The Reserve category candidates who will fail to submit requisite documents as per
respective category will not be allowed to join and will be considered as open category or
changed reserved Category for further rounds. Such candidates will be considered for selection
in subsequent round(s) on available seat as per merit and preferences filled by them, subject to
full filling the eligibility criteria of Open Category/ Change reserved Category provided he/she
fulfills the eligibility criteria of AIAPGET - 2022.
The candidate must have passed final year UG examination from a recognized
University or Board or medical institution specified in the Schedules to the Act and enrolled in
Central or State register of Indian System of Medicine and must have completed satisfactorily
One Year compulsory rotating internship as on or before 31.12.2022 (for academic year
2022-23 Only).
