    My daughter Vaidehi Goel had a high fever (102 degree-103 degree) and had one episode of seizure

    at home. We consulted Dr. Anuj Sehgal and on his advised my daughter was admitted to Fortis
    hospital Shalimar Bagh.

    During hospitalization and post hospitalization treatment given to my daughter was for seizure.

    Total Amount of hospital claim was Rs. 80,060 (post hospital discount) however claim amount
    settled was Rs.45,569.

    Remaining amount of Rs. 34,491 was paid by me.

    Below is the specific claim amount was not settled by you and I am putting claim for the same.

    1) Room and Nursing Charges: 3509

    2) ICU charges: 19000

    3) Medical and consumables charges: 4631
