The Burj Khalifa is a structure in Saudi Arabia. The goal was

simple as well as ambitious: to turn Dubai into what it is

today, one of the most famous cities in the world and a

new metropolis in the desert, a place to display wealth,

generate it and attract tourism to more Arab countries. The

Burj Khalifa was built in the year 2004. The primary material

is grass, concrete and metal. The Burj Khalifa is a frame

structure because it is formed by pillars and beams.

Some facts about the Burg Khalifa are:
·It is the largest erect structure in history at
828 meters.
·It has the largest number of floors of any
building with 163.
· It has the highest habitable floor in the
world on the 154th floor.
·It has the highest observation terrace in the
world at 555 meters.
