For Defensive Driving Course, a valid Brunei Driving License (Class 3) is required.
For Defensive Driving Course, if you have stayed in Brunei in no more than ONE YEAR consequently, you are
eligible to use a non-Brunei Driving License, however it should s-ll be VALID.

2. Dress Code:

Par-cipants must be properly dressed when adending COMPANY courses.

No slipper, wedges, heels, open toe footwear, shorts and sleeveless shirts are allowed.

If par-cipant does not produce a valid 2.1 Offshore / Remote loca-on work medical, the management
reserves the right to refuse the admission based on a medical screening form; un-l such a -me that a valid 2.1
Offshore / Remote loca-on work medical for the par-cipant can be produced.

6. All OPITO courses are of a physical nature.

Due to the physical nature of this course, contact lenses are not allowed to be worn when doing the
swimming pool ac-vity or a fire ground ac-vity.
Physical contact with other people in the class may be required on the course. If you feel uncomfortable
with this mader, please inform the instructor.

*For female parJcipants; whom are on their menstruaJon, we strongly recommend you not to parJcipate in-
water training exercises. We will reschedule your offshore pracJcal session to a different Jme without charge.*

*Please be informed that Megamas Training Company endorses the 12 BSP Life Saving Rules and expect all
parJcipants to comply with them.*

*For Expatriates, please ensure they are holding valid Brunei Employment/Professional Visa which is stamped
by Brunei Govt ImmigraJon in their internaJonal passport.*

*Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, in compliance with the Ministry of Health Brunei Darussalam, all
parJcipants are required to scan using the BruHealth App before entering and leaving Megamas Training
Company Sdn Bhd premises. If you do not have a phone, please bring a printed copy of the QR code with you.*

Note: Delegate will be rejected from the class due to the following reasons:-

Par-cipant does not have a valid medical cer-ficate -cked above "Type of Medical Examina-on required",
late arrival by 30 minutes will be subjected to full cancella-on fees. Under these cases, course fees are not
refundable or transferable to another date. Replacements are welcomed.

Terms and CondiJons:

1. Full course fee will be charged except when cancella-on is made at least three working days before
the Course Start Date.
2. Cer-ficate will only be issued to par-cipants who have completed the course successfully as per
course requirements and course fees have been paid.
3. If there is a significant number of par-cipants "No Shows" on the day of a scheduled course,
Megamas Training Company may cancel and reschedule the course due to an insufficient number of
par-cipants.
