    Get creative this half term and answer the following maths puzzles. Present your
    answers in an interesting way. The best solutions and best creative ideas will win prizes
    and house points. Don’t worry if you can’t answer all of the questions, you can ask an

    and a set of balance scales?

    arrange the letters in these words?

    Without listing them can you predict The National Lottery used to have 49
    how many ways you can arrange the numbers to choose from. Now it has 59
    letters in the word SPIDER numbers to choose from. The chances of
    winning used to be 1 in 13,983,516. What
    are your new chances of winning?
