Objective:

➢ To serves as guidelines for providing entitlements to all employees.

➢ To ensure that the provision of entitlements and benefits are consistency extended to
employees.

Applicable to:

➢ All Employees, to establish impartial grading for organization and administrative


purposes.

Policy Statement:

1. Employees regardless of gender, of the same grade will have the same benefits and
entitlement as listed in the Benefits Grid.

2. Details of the rest of the entitlements will be as per mentioned in the contract.

3. The Job Band system is available for all the employee’s reference and information to
promote equality among everyone.

4. The Job Band system will be reviewed by the Human Resources Department as per the
policy when required for any revision, changes and improvements and subject for
approval of the Medical Director & General Manager.

5. The HR & Administration Manager & Medical Director are responsible for ensuring that
the benefits and entitlements are well extended to all employees as per the grading system.
