    Which of the following qualities is the most recognized by the employers?
    Why? Explain and support your answer with personal experiences.

    Employer nowadays tends to focus more on Interpersonal skills. Just like us in the academe, one
    important skill to perform our duties is our ability to connect with our students. We must be able
    establish connections with them through our thorough discussions. Intrapersonal skills typically involve
    controlling your inner thoughts, processes and attitudes. You don’t learn these skills, they often develop
    through your own self-reflection. It can be seen through our knowledge and skill to gather feedbacks
    from our students, recognize and ability to motivate them to perform well in activities. Unlike Technical
    skills, they can be thought and acquired through series of seminars and educations.
