Short and focused on the online ambulance service

An online ambulance service is a web-based

platform that allows people to quickly and easily
request emergency medical assistance through
their computer or mobile device. There are now
100 ambulance services operating without the
public's knowledge. Every hospital has an
ambulance contact number. Every commercial
and public service has an ambulance contact
number. Unknown to the general public, some
nonprofits offer ambulance services. Making calls to all of these numbers and
requesting an ambulance becomes quite stressful. I, therefore, considered creating an
application that would allow the patient to call the closest ambulance with the press of a
button. The app will run on Android devices. Nowadays, everyone has an Android
phone, allowing anybody in need to call an ambulance by just entering the area without
asking for assistance.

Product and USP in the online ambulance service

The unique qualities and attributes of a product

or service that differentiate it from its opponents
are referred to as product differentiation. A
web-based platform used in the context of an
online ambulance service gives consumers
quick access to emergency medical care. It
links users with the closest ambulance with the
press of a button. This service is comfortable
and simple to use as it is accessible 24/7 via a
computer or mobile device..
The term "USP," or unique selling
proposition, refers to the particular benefit or
advantage that a product or service offers to
clients that make it stand out from its rivals.
The online ambulance service's unique
selling point in this situation is that it
provides quick access to emergency
ambulance services via a user-friendly
web-based platform. The service is provided
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The interval
between the commencement of an emergency and the provision of medical assistance
is shorter because of the online ambulance service's quicker response time than
traditional emergency services. The service may also be accessible from anywhere,
making it perfect for people who live in isolated or difficult-to-reach places

Overall, the decapitation of product and USP in the online ambulance service is
important for effectively marketing and promoting the service to potential customers. By
highlighting the unique benefits and advantages of the service, providers can
differentiate themselves from competitors and attract more customers.

Market needs and possible growth rate of the online ambulance service

A crucial market demand for quick access to emergency

ambulance service is met by the online ambulance service.
Every second counts in many cases, so being able to reach
the hospital fast might be the difference between life and
death. Emergency medical services in Bangladesh are
increasingly in demand, particularly in the nation's densely
populated metropolitan regions. The country's poor
infrastructure and heavy traffic have made it difficult for citizens to promptly get
emergency medical treatment. An online ambulance service can offer a beneficial
answer in this case by enabling a quicker and more convenient means to receive
emergency medical care by sending out an ambulance right away. In isolated or
difficult-to-reach locations, the service can also be helpful.where it could take longer for
traditional emergency services to reach.

Possible growth rate

It's quite impossible to predict the growth rate of

online ambulance services in Bangladesh. The
country's expanding use of mobile devices and the
internet, however, has significant development
potential. According to research, there were 66.94
million internet users in Bangladesh in January
2023. By the beginning of 2023, Bangladesh's
population had an internet penetration rate of
38.9%. The growth of 691 thousand (+1.0%)
internet users in Bangladesh between 2022 and 2023, according to Kepios data, also
points to a sizable potential market for mobile-based ambulance services. Also, the use
of online ambulance services is projected to spread quickly as mobile devices and the
internet become more widely used in Bangladesh. More individuals are able to use
digital services, such as online medical support, because of the accessibility of
affordable cell phones and high-speed internet connectivity. As a result, Bangladesh's
market for online ambulance services has the potential to expand significantly,
particularly in cities with dense populations and congested roads.
Skills & Experience need

The development of an internet platform for ambulance services requires a blend of

administrative, technological, and medical knowledge. The following are some of the
essential qualifications:

1. Technical skills: A successful online ambulance service requires a platform that

is simple to use and intuitive. To make an interface that is responsive,
aesthetically pleasing, and simple to use, user experience designers are
required. It is crucial for this that you be familiar with programming languages like
Java, Python, and PHP. It's also crucial to be familiar with web development
frameworks like Html, Redux, or VueJS.
.
2. Project management: Project management expertise is needed to oversee the
creation of an internet platform for an ambulance service. This entails organizing,
coordinating, and managing the resources, plans, and financial constraints. It is
also useful to be familiar with agile development approaches like Scrum or
Kanban.

3. Healthcare expertise: A thorough grasp of healthcare processes, procedures,

and laws is necessary to build an online ambulance service platform. It is crucial
to have knowledge of healthcare management, medical coding, and emergency
medical services (EMS). It's also crucial to comprehend the healthcare
environment, laws, and cultural aspects of the area.

4. Marketing and business development: Creating an internet platform for an

ambulance service also demands marketing and business development. This
entails creating a marketing plan, figuring out who your target market is, and
forming alliances with healthcare organizations like hospitals and insurance
companies.

5. Customer support and operations: A team of experts that can manage

platform operations and offer 24/7 customer assistance is needed to run an
online ambulance service platform. This involves sending out ambulances,
handling logistics, and making sure the platform is always operating smoothly.

In summary, building an online ambulance service platform requires a multidisciplinary

team with technical, healthcare, project management, and business expertise.

The following steps generally correspond to the actions involved in putting up an online

● The company that offers online ambulance services accepts the request and
sends a vehicle to the user's location.
● When the ambulance is due to arrive, the user is alerted.
● When the ambulance gets there, it offers medical aid, stabilizes the patient's
condition if required, and then takes them to a hospital or other medical
institution.
● After the ambulance has reached the hospital, a notice or call is made to the user
or their authorized contact.
● The user can pay for the service in full online or using other payment methods
after receiving a bill from the online ambulance service provider.
