Background of Invention:

A vehicle comprising of a memory configured to store one or more characteristics

of the vehicle and a communication device configured to transmit one or more of
the characteristics of the vehicle to a vehicle prioritization system. The
infrastructure is configured to determine priorities of the vehicles by referring the
characteristics of the vehicle to one or more policies and prioritize the movement
of vehicles having a higher priority over vehicles having a lower priority. Request
for an ambulance can be done using device. Notifications of dispatched
ambulance also provided. The information of ambulance and patient is provided
to selected hospital using Integrated Ambulance Tracking System. In case of
multiple clients and single ambulance, system will use breathing, bleeding and
consciousness status of the patients to prioritize patients in the same locality.

Drawback / Limitations / Constraint:

• The ambulance is assigned to the best suited patient (i.e., the patient that has
the highest priority). Other patients may need to resend a request for an
ambulance via voice commands or manually via the user interface.

• The voice command initiates a workflow that enables the person to provide
information about a patient to a booking engine, this process requires more
time, in case of false input recognize by the receiver.

• Traffic clearance is not fast and effective.

• In case of multiple user requests, conflicts resolve based on the battery and the
signal strength of mobile.

• In case of voice command input, better network strength is required.

• Mobile, any other device requirement should be mentioned.

Idea of Invention:
Nowadays, number of automobiles on road is increase day by day since many people
tends to buy their own vehicles rather than using public transport. Thus, it is causing
terrible traffic congestion at intersections. Due to rapid urbanization, there is a need for
implementing effective traffic control systems to avoid heavy congestion. Traffic
congestion worldwide has led to loss of human lives due to failure in transporting
accident victims, critical patients, medical, equipment and medicines on time. Thus,
there are many cases where patients died because Ambulance got stuck in the traffic.
An idea which will help to make a better solution for ambulance traffic clearance which
will save many lives. The idea behind is to develop an app that helps to clear traffic for
prioritizing vehicles such as ambulance and allow user to book an ambulance in case
emergencies. Also, it will have required features like oxygen cylinder, first aid kit,
ventilator and wheel chain, etc. The traffic police will get a notification of “ambulance
is coming on this way” 2 minutes before it reaches. So that traffic police can manage
the traffic before vehicle arrives. The application size will be less, so that the app can
run on any device.

2. User friendly interface of APP, easy to use.
3. Additional features, such as oxygen cylinder, first aid kit, ventilator and wheel
chain, etc.
4. Early and strong notification about ambulance arriving in particular area to the
traffic police of the same area.
