Check whether the electric control system, frequency conversion control and the electrical wiring and other equipment are correct and in good condition, When turning on the power and starting the motor, check the operating direction is the same as the one specified by pump(counterclockwise). 1-2. Check whether there are any ostioles or missing welding in the elbows in the liquid inlet pipe inlet.Check whether the liquid inlet pipe inlet has series connection or additional. pipe respectively for other water pump. If so, close the valve on the series connection and additional pipe to form a closed loop and ensure self-priming and flowing liquid ,and then check whether every nut on the pump is fitted. i2. Fill different kinds of drainage liquid when transmitting different media.Usually you can see directly if the drainage liquid is full, Or you can open the ball valve in the pump case,if drainage liquid flow out,it shows that the drainage liquid is full. Then tighten the nut,start all the valves in the liquid outlet net,in— cluding the atmospheric valve (empty valve)in the liquid outlet net,in case that too high fluid pressure may damage the valve or the pump will explode, 3-1. When the pump leaves the factory it is manufactured and produced according to the data of the contract documents and technical documents signed by the supply and demand sides,and it is tested for many times and meets the standard. When the user ad~ justs the pump, please refer to the control contract documents and pump nameplate, and check if the pressure gauge in the liquid outlet net is effective, and then adjust the valve. Usually high pressure, low flow;low pressure, large flow. If pressure is too high (higher than level in prohibition )water~pump will mix gently and spray out from the connection ‘of the motor and pump with allophone. The shorter the distance between the pump inlet and the water level is,the better. The higher the distance between the surface vertical depth and0 jis, the better. Don’t enlarge the liquid inlet pipe diameter casually, otherwise the self-priming time will be longer,and it will cause motor to exceed electricity. Its function is to not need the manual frequent filling drainage except the first drainage,achieving the aim of unmanned operation, Its working principle is: When the pump starts,the electric control valve closes; When the pump stops, the electric con trol valve opens,air enters the fluid table and shuts off the rainbow-attracting. The cavity of pump maintains the drainage fluid,not pouring reflux liquid pool. Once damaged, the pump will sound without pumping water and the drainage fluid in the pump case will become hotter, please check it immediately or change electric air control valve. 3. The steps of installing and disassembling the pump and motor is;Prepare lifting equipment and glassing machine,refer to Tian Li Pump Structure Drawing. First remove three inner hexagon screws at the flange spindle under the motor, then remove the fastener around the flange under the motor,and vertically lift the motor ring with lifting equipment, which can separate the motor from the pump. If the motor shaft is fastened, please find two counter top screw holes at the connection between flange and motor in the pump stand,push them with the screw,which ean help disassemble, You can also use other equipment such as double jack. 5.
