The cables connectors should be secured on the wiring poles with proper pressure. No.3 Molykote grease for 4~10 pole or above motor. The above mentioned two brands of greases couldn’t replace the other brand grease specified on outline drawing and ‘could not mix together for use. If the previous grease brand is not ascertained or the above two brands are not available, NO.2 motor grease may be used, but the old one should be eleaned ofl. Start the motor only after above mentioned checks have been performed and let it run with no— load for a suitable interval during which take care of the temperature of bearing not exceeding the limit specified in table 1, and of the presences of abnormal noise, excessive vibration of local hot spots. Ifthe motor doesn't start after having being electrified for 1~2 seconds, immediately cut off power supply, carefully study the faults reason and eliminate the faults, then re-start the motor. If any of relative movements between outer ring and end-shield bearing, house or between inner ring and shaft must be repaired immediately.
