Directions:
Complete all practice problems in the packet.
You can either print the packet or work from a computer.
It is important that you show and complete all your work on lined paper. Be sure your work is
done neatly and is organized.
If work is completed on lined paper, the paper should be folded into quarters, with one
problem completed in each box.
Answer keys will be available during Summer Math Lab for you to check your work and ask
questions. Call the LMS main office for the dates of the extra help sessions and when the
answer keys are available.
Your teacher will give you the date he/she will be checking for packet completion.
You are not to use a calculator for any of the questions
Scoring/Grading:
In early September, all students will complete a quiz based on the Summer Math Packet. That quiz
grade will become part of your 1st marking period grade. You will most likely be able to use your
completed packet as a reference during the quiz.
