Directions
You will choose one of the gangsters from the list and create a trading card representing their
life. Remember this is supposed to resemble a baseball card. (If you’re not sure how it should
look, Google an example of a baseball trading card)

Steps
1. Pick a gangster from above, and then go to the website.
2. Locate a photo of your gangster, save it, and then upload the picture to the website.
3. Title = Gangster’s Name Sub-Title = Gangster’s Nickname
4. Description
a. Height (Ht)
b. Weight (Wt) - These will have to fit on the first two lines.
c. Date of Birth (DOB) - If you have a hard time finding the height
d. Date of Death (DOD) and weight for your gangster, you may
have to take an educated guess.
e. Location (City, State)
f. Timeline of Major Events
i. Need to include 5 major events in your gangsters life (Should fit in the gray box
when you hit “create”)
ii. Must be in chronological order (1900 – robbed first bank, 1904 – put in jail, etc.).
5. You have seven lines to work within the description textbox.
6. After you have filled in the information, click “CREATE”. If you want to make changes click Edit
at the top. If you are done, select the DOWNLOAD button and then save the card.
7. Once your image has downloaded and you can open the image, you can click on FILE, then
MAKE A COPY to save your trading card.
Suggested Scoring Rubric:

Picture: 5 points
Name: 5 points
Nickname: 5 points
Height, Weight, Date of Birth, Date of Death, Location: 5 points each
Five Timeline Events: 10 Points each
Subtract 10 points if students exceed length of box to write in.
