a) Ideas generation and implementation of Automatic Roller Brush for Wall

As we know, people nowadays are trying to develop some innovation that will help
them in the future. Based on this idea, the Automatic Roller Brush for Wall Painting is an
idea that different with others because of it more focusing on helping someone in
completing their painting activity which is in a short period of time and easier to be used
compared to the old rolling brush. This product is an innovation from the old paint roller
that require user to dip the roller into the paint container every time they want to paint
their wall. Generally, this idea is come out after I move to others house and start painting
my wall. I felt that it was very hard and tried to complete all the painting activity.

The Automatic Roller Brush for Wall Painting is very easy to be use because of its
categories as automatic machine. This idea very useful because user just need to fill in the
paint into the special container provided and push the button at the roller holder to bring
out the paint every time they need. The paint will be delivered by connecting pipe from
the special container to the roller. This product is very convenient with simple design and
can be carry anywhere easily because of it can be separated into small part after being
used. This innovation is very suitable for people that working in wall painting sector,
construction and including decoration in order meet the various need.

idolize

The person that I amazed the most is name Nikola Tesla which is the person that
responsible in production, transmission, and application of electric power. Some of the
most successful invention created is Tesla coil. The Tesla coil was a product of his
ambition to create a system that could transmit electricity wirelessly for example radio,
televisions, and a few more. The reason why I am idolizing him the most because of his
spirit and effort as the main actor of the electricity revolution. Tesla was not a savvy
businessman and suffered financially, despite his achievements. He lost financial backing
because they felt he couldn’t profit from Tesla’s wireless electricity concept and forced
him to sell his assets. He is not giving up and manage to keep trying until success to
create most important invention in history nowadays.

2. Relating how the personal values will lead to creative and innovative behaviour.
Every person has different personal values in life which is specific characteristic that
will drive someone to pursue their dreams. Personal value is very important because it
inference and allow people to creating a product or solve some problems with more creative.
Personal values also allow people learn a new thing, adapt it, and create a new idea.
Furthermore, personal values also help people in move one step forward which is it will be
our guiding and influence in our actions. For example, Tesla company has developed a
technology which is an electric car that more environmentally friendly compared to cars that
use oil as fuel. This is one of the creative and innovative behaviour from Tesla company to
care our environment and look forward for the future.

3. How could you improve your innovation behaviour so you could be more
creative and develop more innovative behaviour?
In order to improve my innovation behaviour to be more creative and develop more
innovative behaviour, I will keep do the research and development (R&D) to find and create
new innovation. Other than that, I will keep practising a new idea based on the mutual
relationship between members which is to enhancing creativity in developing and
implementing new ideas, strategies, products and including services. This innovation
behaviour indirectly will help to be more creative person and developing more innovative
behaviour.
4. Read other members’ ideas and comment on how it affects your
innovation behaviour.
Based on other members’ ideas, I assume that every innovation behaviour a lot of
benefits and develop a new strategy to change our existing technology. I also believe that
every innovation will bring positive change in the society and our lives. For example, the
innovation idea of MOPS BRUSH has shown that every product or things can be upgrade and
will change our lifestyle if we have innovation behaviour and develop it in proper way.
Innovation behaviour also encourage people to be more creative in thinking to create an
innovative.
