What is expected of the student is to use the combination of the highlighted number and word as a
variable to represent the field for that question. i.e.

q20consul How much are you willing to pay for this remote consultation (telemedicine)

please remember that the “q” in front of 20 stands for question number 20; and consul is to remind
you about the most important thing the question is about.

Again the variable for question 21 will accordingly be

q21diag Are you willing to accept home collection of samples for diagnostic

NB: the sentence in q21 is too long, therefore this part “services over visiting a
hospital/laboratory ” has been deleted, that it fits you page nicely.
