    Tort Assignment 1

    In tort there exists a doctrine of Strict Liability; this is one that looks to impose what is referred to as
    absolute liability. However there is has not been a new case under this doctrine in a very long time and
    some have accused it of being old and archaic. However others have said it is still good law.

    You are required to discuss the tort of strict liability and all that it encompasses you should also include
    a paragraph on whether or not such a doctrine should apply today and if it’s fair at the end of your
    assignment.
