Here comes the question is paid work better than volunteering.
The first strength of volunteering work is that you could get more
experience. As a result, you become more desirable at various jobs that
require experience. Furthermore, volunteer work helps become more
sociable. For example, you are going towards to talk with someone and
within every time you go your fair to talk and communicate with people
dissipates more and more.
However, volunteering work does have its drawbacks. With this work,
you can't get paid. Everyone knows that without money you cannot buy
things. But the most important drawback of volunteering is that you
never achieve something big in your life by doing the same every day.
On balance, there are both benefits and drawbacks. On the one side,
voluntary work is good for getting more experience. On the other hand,
you never achieve something big and never get paid. I think voluntary
work is better for becoming more social and communicating.
