INTRODUCTION
The DHSUD is one of the youngest
department in the government, by the
virtue of Republic Act 11201.

This was signed by then President


Rodrigo Duterte on February 19, 2019.

Its mission is to improve lives of people


by providing affordable housing, human
settlement and urban development.
