Applications are invited from the suitable/eligible candidates having Domicile of

Gilgit-Baltistan for appointment against the posts of Naib Tehsildar (BS-14) posts
in Gilgit Baltistan Board of Revenue. The Candidates who fulfill the following
eligibility criteria are eligible to apply:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible as per Gilgit-Baltistan
Government policy, up to 41 years.
2. Government servant may submit their application through proper channel.
3. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
4. After written test only qualified /short listed candidates will be called upon
for interview and will be informed about the original/ attested academic
documents required to be brought along for scrutiny and validation.
5. The Selected Naib Tehsildar will be posted in any District of Gilgit-Baltistan
for duty, after successful completion of their requisite training.
6. Women and disabled quota will be followed as per policy of GB Government
subject to availability of post under women and disable quota.
7. The number of posts may decrease subject to final decision of Court to the
extent of 07x sub judice posts of Naib Tehsildar.

How to Apply/ Register for the Test

1. Interested candidates can apply online by registering themselves on
http://etc.hec.gov.pk within days after publishing of this advertisement.
The registration process must be completed by pressing the “Submit”
button for the online application before the 4 pm deadline of registration
closing date given on the portal.
2. During the online registration process, all the required information must be
entered correctly with due diligence. A mobile number ported from the
original mobile company must not be provided.
3. Application received by hand or through courier/ email shall not be
accepted/ entertained.
4. The candidates should make sure before appearing in the examination/ test
that they are eligible in all respects for the post applied for.
5. In case of any difficulty during the online registration, please visit
http://onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or visit HEC Secretariat or contact HEC
regional offices for guidance.
6. Test Fee of Rs. 1000/- is to be deposited in the Account No. 1742 7900
133401, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank
Limited, Branch Code: 1742.
7. Download bank Fee Challan while registering for the test at
https://etc.hec.gov.pk/ (Fee Challan is available only on the ETC online
registration portal).
8. All candidates are required to upload the Paid & Scanned Fee challan, duly
stamped by an HBL branch, while completing the application form of ETC
online registration portal to submit the application.
9. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. The candidate must get any queries/ complaints resolved before the closure
of the web registration portal. Queries/ Complaints handling beyond the
registration deadline is denied by the system due to logistics/ security
reasons.
12. All the online registered candidates (male/ female) shall be invited through
call letter via registered emails/ cell phone messages, for appearing in the
Test.
13. The candidate will then be able to download/ print their respective Roll
Number Slip which shall be required for entry in the test center.
Note: It is Mandatory to bring original “applicant’s copy” of paid Fee Challan
on the test day along with the Original CNIC/ Original Passport and Roll no
slip issued by ETC via email or downloaded from the candidate’s portal,
otherwise the candidate shall not be allowed to sit in the exam.
