ORDER

On today’s date, the defendant was convicted of two counts of DV - Aggravated


Felonious Sexual Assault at CHG ID#s 2065087c and 2065088c; three counts of DV -
Second Degree Assault at CHG ID#s 2016066c, 2016067c, and 2065089c; one count
of DV – Criminal Restraint at CHG ID# 2065090c; nine counts of DV - Simple Assault at
CHG ID#s 2016070c, 2016071c, and 2064297c through 2064303c; one count of
Criminal Threatening (misdemeanor) at CHG ID# 2064304c; seventeen counts of
Witness Tampering at CHG ID#s 2055720c through 2055736c; six counts of Indirect
Contempt of Court at CHG ID#s 2065488c through 2065493c; and seven counts of
Stalking at CHG ID#s 2064289 through 2064295c.

The State has requested that a pre-sentence investigation report be prepared. The
Department of Corrections shall do so and file it with the Court on or before May 30, 2023.

The State has indicated that it intends to introduce evidence related to a murder
with which the defendant was once charged in another state. The charges were
apparently nolle prossed for an unknown reason. The defense intends to object, raising at
the least that introduction of hearsay evidence would violate the defendant’s confrontation
rights.

The State shall produce discovery related to the evidence it intends to introduce on
or before May 30, 2023.

A status conference is scheduled for June 27, 2023 at 9:00 am before the
undersigned judge. The State should be prepare to outline its manner of proof. At the
hearing, the Court will set a motion deadline and select hearing dates with the parties for a
motion hearing, if necessary, and sentencing.

The defendant will be detained without bail pending sentencing.
