Plot
VIDEO Ben and Tracy are friends that can't decide on anything! So when they
decide to throw a party, they can't decide how to celebrate it. So,
Barney takes the kids on his Imagination Train to show them how other
WIKIS countries throw parties. They visit Brazil, Ireland, Japan, Kenya, and
India, and it ends with a grand party inside the caboose.

Production for this video took place throughout January and
February 2007.

Although the video was released in 2008, it retains the

2007 copyright date.

This video marks another time where Barney doesn't turn back
into a doll at the conclusion.
The "Barney Theme Song" is also omitted at the beginning of this
video. Instead, a customized intro featuring the Imagination Train
flies on a space background, before the camera pans to the
Earth. The Imagination Train goes around the Earth to wipe the
title from left to the right, then the video starts with turn a page.

Characters
This video marked:

The first appearance of Ben. Ben would later appear in

season thirteen episodes.
The first time Baby Bop is performed by Jennifer Kendall.
The first time Riff is performed by Jeff Ayers.

Actress Justice Moore, who later portrays a character by the

name of Holly, a character that would later appear in seasons
twelve and thirteen, can be briefly seen at the party.
