Owner coverage
Additional living expenses This covers the extra money you would spend if you
couldn't stay at your house after a covered claim. For
Not Covered
example, food, hotels, or storage would be covered while
your home was being rebuilt after a fire.
Personal liability This protects you in case a guest gets hurt at your home. If
$ 100k someone tripped on loose carpet at your house, personal
liability insurance would pay for their medical bills.
Medical expenses This covers medical expenses for injuries that happened
$ 1000 on your property to people not in your family or covered by
your policy.
Deductibles
This is the amount you will pay out of pocket when you have to file an insurance claim.
General deductible This is what you'll pay out of pocket for a repair before your
$ 500 insurance kicks in. It's common to have more than 1
deductible for events such as wind and hail or hurricanes.

Have questions or ready to buy?
The Zebra's agents can help.
The Zebra currently shows rates from several insurance companies for a broad range of issues that may
impact your home, other structures on your property, and your personal belongings. It also includes liability
coverage in case you are responsible for something that causes harm to another person, except when driving
a car—that's what your car liability insurance covers. Flood insurance isn't covered by your home insurance. If
you live in an area that may flood, you will need to buy flood insurance separately. You can modify and/or
supplement your coverage to get the right protection for you and your family by adding an endorsement to
your policy.
