    Which work opportunities did the team at Crocs identify as a priority to use digital
    technology for collaboration? (50-word minimum)
    Using the start of COVID-19, Crocs' capacity to remain in touch with clients, merchants,
    and co-workers through Teams was crucial to the company's ability to continue
    operating. Teams is essential to their success because it allows them to engage with
    customers and spread their product in ways that other companies were unable to.
    "Teams is directly tied to keeping our business going forward through COVID-19 and
    releasing new product lines". 

    Identify at least three ways in which the company Crocs used MS Teams to
    collaborate. (50-word minimum)
    The staff members utilized the application to collaborate on creating new looks and
    releasing new collections, Teams evolved into a focal point for remote teamwork. The
    Crocs sales team connected with merchants through Teams live events for a sales
    meeting to promote new goods and also to address inquiries from customers.
