OBJECTIVES

In this research paper, we intend to understand the factors that affect the use of digital platforms
amongst millennials and working professionals in Delhi so that a strategic framework can be
implemented to improve their usage with the help of mobile device manufacturers and regulatory
body. We hope that this understanding will allow us to better serve millennials and working
professionals in Delhi. The fundamental purpose of this investigation is to gain an understanding
of the elements that influence the purchasing decisions of customers. One of the sub-goals is to
gain an awareness of working professionals and gauge their interest in participating in the
automobile industry through the utilization of a new platform. Also, having a grasp of the degree
to which working professionals believe that the utilization of digital platform services would
improve task performance.

The following aims have been established for this investigation:

• To conduct a literature review focusing on the field of digital marketing in the automotive
industry.

• To gain an understanding of and conduct research into the existing level of awareness regarding
digital access in the automotive industry
