Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I was advised that Vista Residences, Inc. will be having a new development in Boracay, Malay, Aklan.

I am interested to acquire ____ unit/s in the said residential project, and hereby offer to reserve the
unit/s subject to confirmation once the purchase price as well as the design and lay-out of the unit/s
have been finalized. Please accept the amount of ______________________________ (Php
___________) as my advance reservation fee.

I understand and acknowledge that my advance payment of the reservation fee only entitles me priority
to such number of available unit/s, which I intend to acquire, and to actually reserve such unit/s and
execute the Reservation Agreement within ____________ days from notice of the actual prices as well as
the design and layout of the unit/s. If I decide to reserve and to purchase the unit/s, the advance
reservation fee will be automatically be part of the purchase price.

I further understand that this letter of intent is not binding as a contract to sell and my rights as the
would- be buyer will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Reservation Agreement and the
Contract to Sell which I will execute with the Developer. Any payment I made as advance reservation fee
is non-transferable without the prior written consent of the Developer.
