Welcome and Devotional - 10 minutes

Welcome

Welcome, announcements, and housekeeping

Hymn or Thought, Prayer

Please sing one or two verses of a hymn. If you meet with a virtual
gathering, the lead student or another student should be invited to
share a brief spiritual thought. A volunteer will then give an opening
prayer.

BYU-Pathway Worldwide Devotional

Look up the questions in advance so you are ready.

Students were asked to watch the BYU-Pathway Worldwide devotional

this week. They should have done this prior to the gathering. As a class,
discuss the devotional using the discussion questions provided in the
course.

Work Together

Before you facilitate this gathering, review the material mentioned here.

Success on this assignment depends on the use of Microsoft Excel.

Encourage at least one participant per team to share his or her screen
showing the assignment in Excel. A computer running Excel is
preferable. If nobody in a team has a computer for this gathering, they
should try to see and work on the assignment with the device that they
currently have.

Use the master list compiled in the Week 3 Gathering to divide the class
into the correct groups. Each group should be in its own breakout room.

As a group, work on this week’s assignment called the Break-Even

Analysis. Instructions are found in your course at “W05 Prepare: Team
Project” and “W05 Application Activity: Break-Even Analysis.”

Conclusion - 5 minutes
Wrap-Up

Briefly bring the class back together. Remind everyone of the due date
for the assignment and encourage groups to continue working together
as needed in the hours or days following the gathering. Students will
individually turn in their own copy of the assignment for grading and
feedback.

Testimony and Prayer

Bear a 30-90 second testimony of the importance of working together

and being a disciple leader and end with a prayer by invitation.
