Assignment Description:

The purpose of this assignment is to engage in thoughtful reflection about your community connection
program. We have provided a set of prompts for you to consider and respond to. In this assignment, we
will be looking for evidence of reflective practice, which may include:

Forming connections between the experience you had in your community connection program and
other events/experiences in your life;

Thoughts about how you can take what you learned from this experience and integrate these learnings
into your professional and/or personal life;

Feedback to yourself about what went well and what could be improved for next time
Instructions:

Please provide answers to the following prompts:

Please summarize what happened in your community connection program. Share details such as timing,
unexpected changes to the plan, etc.

Did you end up using music in the way you anticipated in your program? Why or why not?

What is something that you learned about yourself during the program?

What was one very successful aspect of the program?

What is one change you would make to your program design and/or program implementation if given
the opportunity to run the program again?

No specific page length or expected word count - most importantly, focus on engaging in thoughtful
reflective practice.

You may submit a word document, PDF document, or an audio/video recording of yourself reflecting. If
using an audio/video file please upload an MP3/MP4 file.
