PROCESS 4

The diagram above illustrates how bottles made of plastic materials are recycled to
be used again. It is apparent that there are nine main stages of recycling a bottle of water,
commencing with consumers throwing empty bottles away and culminating with
manufacturing end products using recycled bottles.
First of all, plastic bottles that are put in recycle bins by consumers are collected
by a big container truck. After being collected, all of the water bottles are sorted into the
good ones and the bad ones by a worker in the factory. Next, bottles that can be recycled
are compressed in to plenty of huge blocks with a pressing machine before getting
crushed into pieces and washed in a large pool.
After this comes the manufacturing the plastic pellets stage when those pieces of
bottles are cut into much smaller pellets in a really strong equipment. Following that, all
of the pellets are burn into a certain heat to form raw materials that are used to produce
plenty of products after that. Finally, these raw materials are utilized by factories, plants
to produce end products for their customers.
