STI website used a Passwords to identify the authentication processes and features. The another one that
has a authentication process or feature is a Smartphone. The Smartphone uses biometrics that are unique
characteristics that identify you. Understanding user authentication is crucial because it's a key step in the
process that keeps unauthorized users from gaining access to sensitive information that is why it is
important. In my opinion in the STI website it is not enough to secure website. We must know that lessen
security is prone to compromise the information or hacking. You can add an Soft Token that can get a
OTP from your registered number. In my perspective the website follow the golden rules of netiquette
because it follows the set of rules for acceptable online behavior
