To our Guest of Speaker Retired BGEN

RAMON C YOGYOG, Philippine Army, to the

father of the Province of Ifugao Governor Jerry U
Dalipog, to the different government who are
present today, ladies and gentlemen, good
morning.

Today marks another events that shows what

public servants are doing, as we will witness the
various government and non-government agencies
coming together in unity and cooperation in the
name of service, bringing the most essential
government services into a one-stop shop,
available and accessible especially to those who
can hardly avail due to some circumstances.

Our activity today will also be a remembrance

and celebration of goals we have accomplished,
the vision we have realized, the promises we have
attained and the lives we are in today inspite of
the pandemic. The different programs, project and
activities we have accomplished paved way for the
attainment of peace, security, stability, economic
prosperity, infrastructure development and
effective social services. These are the services
from various agencies of the government.
Anchored on the President’s ‘Tapang at Malasakit’
brand of governance and public service, various
government services are ready on the ground to
be available to the public.
To all government and non-government
agencies who are with us today, your presence
and participation on today’s occasion is a
manifestation of your commitment and dedication
in fulfilling the government’s promises of bringing
social services closer to people and providing
comfortable life for all. And that is the aim of this
Duterte Legacy Caravan Project.

I would like also to acknowledge the presence

of our beneficiaries whom the government
identified to reach out to. We hope that through
these kinds of activities, our accomplishment will
transcend generation of Filipino beneficiaries. We
also extend our gratitude for your trust and
confidence not only to the police but also to the
government as a whole.

Let me end my talk with this quote for us to

ponder, “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping
together is progress. Working together is success.”

“It has been 6 years since President Rodrigo Roa Duterte assumed the
leadership of our nation – an event that started a chain of positive
changes in our lives against corruption, criminalities, and societal ills of
our nation while ensuring economic prosperity, proactive and efficient
social services, and upholding of human rights – aspects of governance
that the previous administrations have failed to respond to,” said Sec.
Andanar.

“I am proud to say that these accomplishments will transcend

generation of Filipino beneficiaries. Indeed, a Duterte legacy worth of
