Republic of the Philippines @’ DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT Intramuros, Manila Administrative Order Series of 2021 In the interest of the service, and in view of Administrative Order No. 32 series of 2020 (Institutionalizing the DOLE Kabuhayan Awards: Awarding of Best DOLE-Assisted Livelihood Projects), this Supplemental Guidelines is hereby issued to provide guidance on the process, rules, and regulations governing the selection of awardees at the regional and national levels relative to the implementation of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Program. |. The templates for the endorsement of nominees, i.e. Annex “A” (Top Performing Region in TUPAD Implementation), Annex “B" (Best Performing Regional TUPAD Focal Person), and Annex °C’ (Best Performing Provincial/Field Office’ TUPAD Focal Person) are attached for reference.
