    TO ALL EMPLOYEES:

    As our fiscal year comes to a close later this month, we ask that each employee keep their overtime
    hours down to a minimum.

    At the moment, our company is on-target to meet its projected earning estimates but we need the
    assistance of all of our employees to keep costs down. Since overtime is one of our most costly
    expenditures we incur, we especially want to ask supervisors in each division to keep overtime hours
    down.
