Do the advantages of private means of transportation such as cars and motorbikes
outweigh the disadvantages, compared to public transport (trains, buses and taxis)?
Give reasons for your answer and include relevant examples from your own
experience.
About the problems in means of transportations, an opinion has been stated that there are
more advantages in using private transport when compared with the public one. I
definitely agree that this is a right thinking due to some inconveniences of using public
transport.
Firstly, you can’t be proactive in your time when taking public transport, it is depending
on the arrival of the bus or taxi due to the driver’s timetable. However, this is sometimes
a very annoying problem to deal with when something suddenly happen during the
journey. For example, a sudden breakdown of the bus or a heavy traffic along the way,
would probably delay your time, you can’t control it and even can’t make a change. But

daily lives that a numerous cases of traffic accidents have been happened with the
irresponsibility of some bus drivers due to their lack of attention and out of speed control.
Furthermore, public vehicles are not well controlled in terms of periodic inspection of
spare parts, leading to dangers when participating in traffic. Those are certainly the
reasons that make people refuse using public transport. So that, the government should
take in solutions for this issue, by introducing some revised policies and decrees for
