Last but not least, the school and university can be more aware of student’s mental health

by organise an awareness campaign. Although, some students would strongly disagree into
participating the campaign, but on the bright side, it may encourage them to seek for help from their
teachers and friends. The purpose of this campaign are to educate ourselves on the importance of
mental health and to not taking these matter lightly especially to students that suffering from it.
Furthermore, Harold S.K (July 23,2021) 7 Myth about Child Mental Health stated that “Many
Children and teens with emotional problems keep their pain secret due largely to stigma - fear,
shame and misunderstanding.” In addition, according to India Today (30 November ,2020) “The
society that we live in has high regard for academic excellence. Those who fail to meet up to the
expectations often face harsh criticism which creates self-doubts about their abilities and
intelligence.” Students tend to bottle up their’s feeling and creating this massive pressure and
burden on them until it lead to mental illness. Eventually, students will start to neglects their health,
studies and people around them. Therefore, an awareness campaign will assist the students into
reaching out for help.
