There are many good things about Containerization.

It packs, ships, and runs mainly web

based applications as a lightweight, portable, and self-sufficient containerization tool. But, there
are still several cases when not to use Containers. Because containers are not suitable for all
softwares. According to Mitutoyo’s software these cases are:

1. Containerization does not suit applications that require a rich and heavy desktop based
UI.
2. Containerization is not for legacy softwares.
3. Containerization is mainly intended for isolated containers with console-based
applications. GUI-based desktop applications are not a priority, their support will rely on
the specific case and application.
4. Windows containers are based on either Nano or Core Server – it does not allow users
to start up a GUI-based interface or a Docker RDP server in the Docker container.
