the second world war. This created a state of war without actual outbreak of war.

leaders of the major countries are aware for the need to have a international organization
The destruction caused by the second world war was enormous
The dropping of nuclear bomb on japan and destruction caused by the second made the
world leaders to international organization to prevent from all-destructive third world war.
Therefore after the second world war united nations was established.

All political parties in India had decided the procceding of the Simin commission
The arrival of simon commission on 3rd march 1928 was given by anti-Simon procession and
Hartal.
