    Premsons Honda has right to keep the bike till I pay the
    fee & if I don’t do so, PH can sell its parts and recover his
    amount and return the rest back to me.

    This right is known as Right of Lien.

     When this concept/right is practiced by bank, it is known as Banker’s Lien.

    Bank has the right to keep the goods
    and settle the dues
     Lien is the right of the banker to retain possession of the goods &
    securities owned by the debtor until the debt due from the latter is paid.
    The banker’s lien is an implied pledge. A banker acquired the right to sell
    the goods which came into his possession in the ordinary course of
    banking business, in case the debt is not paid.
