• What does it mean to live a holy life?

and share God’s joy in every moment of our lives. What does
he mean by that?
• If you had to use another word instead of ‘holiness’ what
would you use? Explain.
• Complete the statement: To live a life of love more fully, I
would change…

the meaning as a class. Students consider and list the things that they
are doing each day to fulfil their vocation to be a saint. Make
connections to how this quote applies to the lives of other saints that
the students know of.

“When I was little, every morning mom asked me, ‘what are you going
to do today to be a saint?’ And then I wrote a list of good and very
concrete things to do that day.” (Father Goyo)

research using the approved websites on LA5 Resource Sheet to
identify the pivotal moments in Saint Mary of the Cross’s life when
she grew in holiness by doing what was good.

2. How does Jesus fulfilling the promise help people to spread
