When driving on the Heeney Road, please drive the appropriate speed and drive on the right-hand side of the road --
please do NOT drive in the middle of the road. It is a VERY scenic drive and people driving in the middle of the road tend to
miss the oncoming traffic. Thank you!

WHEN:
ARRIVE at least 30 MINUTES PRIOR to your tour time to check-in.

WHAT to BRING (required):

Every PARTICIPANT over 18 must present a government-issued photo ID.
Every DRIVER must present a valid driver’s license or valid learner’s permit.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to carry a passenger.

All passengers must be able to sit behind the driver and hold on by themselves for the duration of the tour. (They canNOT sit in front
of the drive at any point.) We normally see this happening between at least 4-6 years old, depending on the person.
All minors (anyone under the age of 18) MUST be accompanied by their legal guardian, who is also a participant on the
tour.
All participants must be able to read and speak English.

GEAR:
• Warm ski clothes (layers), winter boots, eye protection, and gloves are recommended. This is a cold weather, outdoor activity – dress
warmly!
• DOT-approved helmets WILL be provided (required). Ski helmets not allowed.
• Adult-sized snowsuits, boots, and goggles are available for RENT on a first come, first serve basis.

CHECK-IN at the OUTPOST:

• Our staff will greet you outside when you arrive for your tour.
• You will fill out waivers and our staff will check you in for your tour.
• Every Participant over 18 must fill out and agree to a Release, Discharge, Assumption of Risks and Damage Deposit Agreement.
Participants under 18 must be listed on their legal guardian's agreement.
• Your group will then get helmets - our staff will direct you to the helmet location outside.
• After you receive helmets, wait outside by the snowmobiles for your tour to commence.
• We will have porta-potties available at the Outpost.

This is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating, you assume all risks associated with this activity, including
contracting a contagious disease.

OPTIONAL $25 SNOWMOBILE REPAIR FUND (adds $25 to each snowmobile):

If you have paid for the Snowmobile Repair Fund, the financially responsible party will pay up to $1500 to repair the damage to the
driver’s snowmobile that the driver has caused. The repair to the driver's snowmobile over $1500 will come out of the fund. If not added,
the financially responsible party will be liable for all damages.
This must be added to your reservation during booking or in advance by calling our office. We recommend you talk to your
insurance provider prior to your tour to make sure you have adequate coverage for this activity.

GUIDE GRATUITY:
Your guide will work hard to provide an excellent experience! It is customary to tip your guide like you would the waitstaff at your favorite
restaurant.
5-10% = My guide was good. 10-15% = My guide was GREAT! 15-20% = My guide was AWESOME!!

Cancellations

Please ARRIVE at least 30 MINUTES PRIOR to your tour time for check-in!

If you have paid for the No-Show Option, you have the option to cancel within 24 hours before your tour and get a refund for any person
who does not show up on your reservation. You MUST contact us BEFORE your tour departure time to receive the No-Show Option
Refund.

For anyone who declines the No-Show Option, the following 24-Hour Cancellation Policy applies:

You must look at the weather forecast to decide if you want to ride or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of
your departure time. Customers will receive a full refund as long as cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your tour time.
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of the rare circumstance of company cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen
circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.

Within 24 hours of your departure time, your reservation is NONREFUNDABLE.
