Do hereby undertake the following rules & conditions :
1. I hereby declare that on my own will & wish, without any force or influence, I am accompanying the RVCE
COLLEGE TRIP 2022 (GOA for 04 Nights/ 05 Days)
2. I have sought permission of my parent/guardian for going on the trip.
3. I also declare and confirm that the Organizers (E-cell RVCE) or any college authorities or SkyHigh Travels will
not be held responsible in the event of any misfortune/ accident/ personal injuries involving me and I’ll take full
responsibility of any damage to the property or accident/ personal injuries to the other person as a result of my
negligent act during the period of the tour.
4. I will not blame the organizers for the attendance that I will miss due to the trip.
5. The management reserves the right to cancel or alter the routes, mode of transport, type of accommodation,
inevitable circumstances, or other natural calamities.
6. I have paid full amount of package for the tour which are included in the itinerary and other expenses which are
excluded will have to be borne by me.
7. I am in knowledge of the fact that smoke or to consume any type of alcohol or drugs is not allowed during
the trip. If Iam found guilty, then strict actions will be taken by the management.
8. I will not include/involve myself in any misbehavior amounting to indiscipline while I am on the trip.
9. I am in Knowledge of the fact that boys & girls accommodate in separate rooms during the hotel stays.
10. Delay in itinerary due to weather, traffic, train delay, snowfall, natural calamities, and any other
unavoidable circumstances is not a responsibility of organizers & SkyHigh Travels and equal
cooperation will be expected.
Terms and Conditions -:
1) Hotels booking is subject to availability at the time of booking
2) Any delay in the planned itinerary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances would not be a responsibility of SkyHigh
Travels
3) Trip amount is completely non-refundable, cancellation policy would be applied in case anyone doesn't turn up for the trip
or wants to cancel the same: Normal Cancellation Policy -
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as
follows:
• 90 days to 60 days prior to travel date – 15% of the total tour/Package cost.
• 60 days to 20 days prior to arrival – 40% of the total tour/Package cost.
• 20 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
4) This quotation is based on today's pricing, any increase in cost of diesel, state taxes, permits, sightseeing, entries, etc
included in the itinerary would be borne by the travellers.
I have read all the rules & conditions carefully and I agree to them.
