    Notes on Pricing:
    a. Site and offs-site Based Rates shall be inclusive of all expenses, annual/ sick leave, public holiday, travel, accommodation, visas,
    subsistence, etc.
    b. Off Site rates will be used aginst remote experts
    c. Standard working hours should be 48 -Hours per week/9 hour per day/6
    days per week
    d. Rates provided should exclude VAT
    e. All rates shall be valid as per the validity stipulated in the RFP
    f. Abortive works, agreed variations and additional services will be charged based on the rates provided herein, unless otherwise
    agreed.
    g. All Rates shall be in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) or converted in SAR.
